● Search for new securities issuers, maintain relations with existing issuers, negotiate key aspects of issue, listing and placement/offering of equity (stocks, ETFs) and debt securities (bonds) with issuers and investors. ● Advise issuers on domestic listing requirements, assist companies preferring dual listing to effectively synchronize schedules and procedures of KASE and other foreign stock exchanges: road shows support, book building, allotment, allocation, settlements, subsidization and other incentives. ● Actively participate with other departments (Listing, Trades, Clearing/Settlements) in the public events (international, domestic, industry-specific) and negotiations with intermediaries seeking either DMA or SMA for their clients, or technological partnerships like co-location services, algorithmic trades solutions, etc. ● Build and maintain relations with ICMA and CBI to implement ESG and sustainability principles within KASE and its activities/policies. Collaborate with SPO-providers (Sustainalytics, MSCI) to develop tools and measures to support and incentivize issuers in Kazakhstan to issue ESG-securities with a special focus on SME. ● Collaborate with market infrastructures (CSD, custodians, central clearing house) on resolving tasks set by the issuers.
