- Assisting licensees in product concept creation; - Control over product development starting from concept till distribution approval; - Technical support with work material libraries for employees & licensees; - Creation and update of licensees and product catalogues; - Management of approved products database; - Approval of licensees POSM, Web materials; - Assisting in translation of style guides; - Processing licensees and other departments requests for additional materials; - Creation of manuals to facilitate work process; - Collaboration with studios on various issues regarding animated series.

- Organization of workshops & photo sessions; - Assistance to photo & video producer; - Product approval on all stages of development; - Bidding, supervision of contracts; - Participation in the creation of brand zones for large-scale events (exhibitions, conferences); - Supervision of freelancers & contractors; - Preparation of monthly analytic reports; - Participation in the Department budget planning procedures; - Technical support with product approval systems & work material libraries for employees & contractors; - Translation & adaptation of global instructions, creation of new ones to work with systems; - Creation of catalogue & stock taking of the Department warehouse; - Control over the regular update of expositions inside the office space & the Company's showroom;
