I’m a seasoned Senior Finance Executive and Certified Board Member (IBGC) with over 35 years of international experience leading large-scale financial transformation, governance, internal audit, and operational excellence across complex multinational environments. After building a successful executive career at Cargill, where I held senior roles in Finance, Controllership, Audit, and SAP Implementation across Latin America, I now focus on contributing to companies and organizations through board and advisory positions, financial and compliance consulting, and strategic risk management. I currently serve as a Member of the Deliberative Council at CargillPrev, a private pension fund managing more than R$2 billion in assets, where I lead efforts in governance, risk, compliance, and investment oversight. I’m known for my ability to align financial strategy with business goals, implement robust internal controls, and optimize complex processes for performance and cost efficiency. I have a strong track record in SAP rollouts, business process optimization, internal audit (COSO framework), and team restructuring, and have led regional and global initiatives that resulted in millions in savings. Beyond corporate finance, I’m passionate about supporting organizations that create long-term impact. I’m currently open to serving on corporate and nonprofit boards (advisory, fiscal, or audit), contributing my deep expertise in financial governance, risk mitigation, and strategy execution. I also welcome opportunities to support NGOs or mission-driven entities with process improvement and governance advisory, particularly those serving vulnerable populations or operating in under-resourced sectors.
