Guarantee the formulation of logistic budget and the analysis of deviation managing critical situation. Guarantee the coordination of transport planning activities. Suggests and coordinate the study of new projects and new proposals (transport type, palletizing, distribution, storage) collaborating with the organizational units of the Supply Chain Dept. within the Group Technical and the Group Operating Departments. Manage relationships with the clients logistics managers. Manage relationships with the Group internal clients. Guarantee the negotiation activity with pallets suppliers and the stipulation of relative contract. Collaborate with the Production Planning and the Group Warehouse Process Manager for the best possible warehouse management. Guarantee the checking and control activities on the processes of distribution logistics, pallets management and shipping. Responsible for the collaborators’ professional growth, valorisation and motivation. Promote the Corporate principles and values.

Garantire il raggiungimento degli obiettivi: produttivi, di qualità e di costo stabiliti. Coordinare, supportare, supervisionare e valutare il lavoro dei suoi riporti per ottenere la massima efficienza delle unità operative. Gestire, coordinandosi con le funzioni Corporate, i rapporti con le autorità locali. Garantire, raccordandosi con la Direzione Risorse Umane Organizzazione e Sicurezza, un positivo clima aziendale gestendo le criticità. Supportare il Plant Manager nella gestione dei rapporti con le rappresentanze sindacali di stabilimento. Presidiare le relazioni con i sindacati garantendo nelle contrattazioni il rispetto degli indirizzi e delle linee guida fornite dalla Direzione Risorse Umane Organizzazione e Sicurezza. Supportare il COO nella formulazione di proposte di budget. Assicurare il corretto flusso di comunicazione aziendale tra il vertice e i propri riporti. Responsabilità dell’inserimento, della crescita professionale, della valorizzazione e della motivazione dei suoi collaboratori. Promuovere una cultura aziendale legata alla sicurezza.
