Currently studying Management Engineering at Politecnico di Milano while developing ITisWORKATION, a startup connecting digital nomads with authentic Italian destinations, combining remote work and territorial discovery. My experience at Sintetica SA taught me that the best results come from merging rigorous analysis with practical action: from mapping BPMN processes to implementing corrective actions that work in the field. Next step: Master’s in Management to scale from founder to strategic leader.
