I work at the intersection of business strategy and operations—drawing from experience leading VC-backed scale-ups and building internal infrastructure from zero to scaling targets. Key work includes: • Designing scalable processes and automation strategies to increase operational efficiency and reduce headcount dependencies. • Advising founding teams on product-ops alignment, internal tooling, and org design. • Building custom SW tooling and solutions (e.g. internal copilots, AI agent workflows) to eliminate bottlenecks and enhance customer experience. • Supporting companies with hiring playbooks, onboarding flows, KPI definition and internal visibility and tracking (metrics and dashboards). • Acting as interim Ops/Product leader to bridge gaps in early teams. • Helping companies define, test and implement their go-to-market (GTM) strategy

Disrupted the Homeowners Association (HOA) market in Spain. Built Aldara’s operational backbone from the ground up, delivering key innovations: - Created Spain’s first HOA-compliant digital banking solution with automated KYC and real-time transparency. - Designed SOPs, automated workflows and processes and developed custom tooling achieving: • Cut onboarding time by 80% (1.5 months → <2 weeks) • Reduced support headcount 5x while improving NPS • Boosted back office productivity 4x • Streamlined hiring to lower costs and reduce time-to-productivity • Eliminated bottlenecks and processes leveraging fast-shipped, custom SW and AI tools and data pipelines (make, n8n). - Defined and managed pricing strategy and strategic partnerships to externalize non-core processes and generate ARR through ancillary services. - Led post-acquisition integrations (client communication, tooling, training) with no churn and improved satisfaction. - Acted as product lead on Aldara’s proprietary platform—translating business needs into software features with engineering and client feedback. - Built real-time dashboards and data pipelines to track KPIs, turning granular operations data into actionable insights. - Scaled and led a 20+ person operations team; incubated new departments and enabled their launch with tested MVPs and initial playbooks. - Designed and productionalized Europe’s first fully AI-driven customer support system for HOAs. - Managed the asset unwind and carve-out during Aldara’s acquisition

Designed an infrastructure for water extraction on the Moon and developed software products for space: - Managed a team of software engineers: organized and distributed tasks, set roadmaps with milestones, implemented KPI's and produced requirements, all applying Agile methodologies. - Undertook the architectural design and development of the first autonomous concurrent engineering tool in space mission design, focusing on preliminary stages and unbiased design exploration. - Led several bids for European Space Agency (ESA) contracts, forming consortiums with important space companies and universities. Took charge of negotiating, budgeting and planning within the consortium as well as preparing and coordinating the technical aspects of the bid. - Owned strategic decisions defining the company's roadmap, led technical recruitment processes, and contributed to marketing and business development efforts.

Led the development of medical software (Brain Modeling) to bring highly-innovative, medically compliant solutions to patients with diverse neurological pathologies through tailored transcranial electrical stimulation (tES) treatments: - Managed a team of 15+ scientists and SW developers implementing a medically-compliant, results-oriented software development methodology based on agile principles. - Developed and implemented the official guidelines and processes to develop MDR and FDA compliant software, including transparent and explainable deep-learning (AI) pipelines in an undefined regulatory space. - Achieved 8x speed-up in data processing pipelines and treatment personalization by identifying and removing computational bottlenecks. - Scaled department’s compute capabilities (3x) by designing and implementing a hybrid High Performance Computing (HPC) distributed system. - Contributed to the company’s strategic roadmap by aligning the business needs and milestones with the scientific and research roadmap through timely and measurable delivery of deep-tech medical software.

Participated in several fan development projects (R&D) providing technical project management, engineering expertise and software development: - Took charge of the improvement in data acquisition lab systems, modernising data capture and handling to enhance the possibilities in data processing and analysis. - Led integral projects related to product development/upgrade to ensure compliance with the ErP2022 directives. Delivered in time, quality and cost. - Developed several software tools for: thermodynamic simulations; a COVID-19 aerosol transmission risk model (numerical methods); heavy data processing and visualization (Pandas + PowerBI); lab test management; basic Machine Learning prediction models.

Developed the Flight Dynamics System for the Ground Segment of ESA’s PROBA-3 mission: - Obtained experience in software design, specification, implementation and validation, in addition to familiarity with ECSS standards while coding in Fortran 95 for high-performance computational applications. - Gathered familiarity with client-provider interaction and the flow of data and requirements through a complex structure such as the one present in ESA-dependant space missions. - Developed computationally advanced tools (heuristics, optimization) for manoeuvre optimization and flight dynamics in general, applied to a challenging state-of-the-art European Mission involving Formation Flying.

- Group Design Project: ‘ARTEMIS Mission’. A project aiming to retrieve an asteroid to be used for defence and/or In-situ Resource Utilisation (ISRU) applications. Published in the Conference Proceedings of IAC 2018. - Individual Thesis: ‘A Trajectory Optimisation Approach to Active Debris Removal by solving GTOC9’. A thesis to computationally solve GTOC9, a complex multi-mission, multi-rendezvous perturbed trajectory design problem through different optimization techniques. - Modules: Systems Engineering, Space Propulsion, Astrodynamics and Mission Analysis, Advanced Astrodynamics, On-Board Data Handling (OBDH), Spacecraft Attitude Dynamics and Control, Design and Analysis of Composite Structures, Space Communications, Launch and Re-entry Aerodynamics.

- Individual Thesis: Awarded with High Honors for the ‘Study for the optimisation and development of a core for an Energy Recovery Ventilator (ERV)’.
