Hemophilia As hemophilia was a new disease area in our company, I had the challenge to lead the implementation for the scientific strategy on the field, hiring and developing the new hemophilia MSLs, in a new landscape. They directly reported to me, as also I lead their activities, ensuring their tactics execution, and also maintaining their both engagement and motivation of encouraging a collaborative attitude with all internal and external stakeholders. Also successfully I being the management and development to Esbriet MSL, that reported also directly to me, collaborating with Esbriet CMM that in that moment was in developing to be a senior CMM. I also am responsible for the medical plan strategy for Hemcibra plan since it came to Brazilian affiliate, aligned with mkt and access plan. I am very engaged for the strategy and implementation for Hemcibra, including submission and approval for regulatory agency and to federal incorporation and pharmacovigilance area. I also Ied a Brazilian RWE study in hemophilia in our affiliate that will be present as a poster on EAHAD 2020 meeting with new data never studied in Brazil

Onco-hematology Responsible for the medical launch of GAZYVA for CLL indication, including the development and lead the successfully GAZYVA launch and nurse training program, with win a global award. Represent our affiliate in hemophilia IMT and ensure the development of the hemophilia medical plan, ensuring compliance with designated budget for medical activities (Brand Plan). Also I successfully hired and developed oncohematology MSLs that directly reported to me, as also the hematology medical coordinator, leading their activities, ensuring their tactics execution, and also maintaining their both engagement and motivation of encouraging a collaborative attitude, as also leading their development in the company.

To assist Medical Affairs Director in overseeing the Brazil territory and to provide medical and scientific support for to Drug Regulatory Affairs, Medical Communication, commercial, marketing and activities of Shire SP, including interaction and training of Sales Force, forging relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), and contributing to the development of commercial strategies
