Installed a 3-tier client/server BaaN IVC4 site with multiple languages and multi-site. Performed BaaN Tools training at four different customer sites. I performed the training on-site and the training at each site lasted three weeks. Ported the BaaN system to Linux systems. Performed Baan programming implementing a new module for a candy manufacturer. Installed Oracle database and Informix database on Linux systems to run with the BaaN IV system. Installed BaaN IV on Windows NT system using SQL SERVER 6.5 as the database. Tuned the system for efficient operation. Performed many conversions of Legacy system data into the BaaN system. Served as in-house systems administrator for HP and Sun Unix systems.

Participated in the proposal for this contract, where I sold the concept of using artificial intelligence technology. This was the first contract issued with the expressed use of artificial intelligence technology.. This concept was a major factor in the company winning this contract. Worked in the IBM Mainframe environment as systems programmer. Worked as systems analyst in applications development, also worked as cobol programmer in maintaining large scale defense systems.

Led three development teams in providing systems development of brokerage house in New York City. Redesigned and implemented systems for back office functions. Worked on IBM Mainframe system for client Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Medi-Cal and Medicare health systems.Developed and maintained systems in cobol.

The name of this company was changed to Compaq computers and became part of Hewlett-Packard Corporation. Responsible for marketing and directing the development of computer languages, utilities, file systems, and database management systems the hardware product line. First Software Product Manager for this company. Supervised a worldwide roll-out of the hardware product line. Introduced new computer languages for the hardware product line. Worked with educational institutions to create special compilers and utilities for them.

I am working on my dissertation, which is entitled : A "Case Study Approach for the Exploration of Factors Rehabilitatation Programs as they Influence Recidivism Rates". This dissertation is aimed at improving prison overcrowding in Calfiornia prisons by creating a comprehensive integrated rehabilitation program (CIRP) that substanitially reduces the prison recidivism rates. Activities and Societies: Serves as team project leader for project teams that are used in each classroom.
