Albert Saurí

I am a husband, father and entrepreneur. I work with individuals and organizations to help them reach their maximum potential through leadership trainings, coaching and motivational speeches. I always consider all the possibilities and I do not give up easily. My mantra is: “Life happens only once”. Life is too short to get lost in details. We all deserve to be our best version and use our talents. The world needs us living from our life purpose. We all have a wise inner leader that guides us and makes us responsible for every decision we make. And too often we forget how to tap into this inner wisdom and get lost in our sabotaged mind. My life has been multi-faceted. It has been enriched with several personal projects and motivations (musician, sports trainer, actor, rock climber, mountain runner) that I have been combining with my professional career. 20+ years working in the industrial sector (electrical/electronic/automation/energy) working as field technician, programmer, R&D engineer, logistics and QC engineer. 15+ years as co-founder of an Insdustrial Automation company developing all the "ninja skills" that requires to start up a company from zero. 7 years ago I decided to bring all my life and professional experience to the world of personal and professional growth and leadership. I made this become not only a part of my personal path but also my professional one. I am passion and positive energy in pure state. And from here is where my urge to share all my personal learning arises, in order to raise awareness of people and help them reach their maximum potential and be aware of their talents. I believe every human being has de capacity to tap into his deepest power and capacity to love. The deepest we can get the more we can deliver to ourselves and our world.
