BAIC Magna JV Overall responsibilities of finance operations for the company with US$2b business and 100,000 cars at yearly base. OEM car manufacturing Arcfox. Drove sales from US$1.0b to 2.0b in 3 years.

Co-owns the P&L responsibilities of the region of $500m budget Manages the overall finance function of 15 plants in APAC, including China, Japan, Australia, India and Thailand (JVs and WOFEs). Set up the China Holding Co and restructured the legal entities, investments and gained US$10m subsidies and tax benefits. Grew the regional business from US$300m to 500m in 4 years. Led to close 4 M&A cases and integration locally.

Co-managed the region with full P&L responsibility of $200m Corporate finance, incl. strategic finance planning and M&A, etc. Day-to-day operations of finance, controlling, analysis and reporting of plants and trading companies in Asia Region. Managed IT and Purchasing for the region. Implemented ERP PLEX for 5 locations Relocated the China HQ office and Beijing Plant with cost saving of 10%.

Oversees the business of $150m with all financial functions so that transactions, policies, and procedures meet the organization's short and long-term business objectives and are conducted in accordance with regulations, accounting principles, and standards both for US and China. Direct the preparation of the financial reports, management reports, and regulatory reports to meet filing requirements for US GAAP, PRC GAAP, SEC in a strict deadlines to support corporate filing with public company requirements. Evaluate proposed business activities and transactions such as acquisitions, investments, capital expenditure, divestitures, mergers, or the sale of assets for all the China locations (7 plants, 1 trading co. and 1 R&D center). Developed the SOX Narratives and ensured SOX compliance. Set up China Trading Co with tax avoidance of US$2.5m a year Restructured China Finance team and re-designed China Business Processes for entire organization.

Managed and developed the Asia manufacturing base from 10 employees to 1,000 employees, and sales @ $150M within 3 year. Overall responsibilities of finance, controlling, and management reporting, and global product transfer, led 3 sites of SAP implementation as the project manager. Setup and managed the operations of China Accounting Shared Service Center for 3 locations. Led the SOX Narratives development and SOX compliance review.
