I’m a certified Automotive Service Technician (310S) / tractor trailer (310T) with over 24 years of experience maintaining, repairing, and leading teams in high-readiness, high-pressure environments.My career began in 2001 as a Vehicle Technician in the Canadian Armed Forces. Over the years, I advanced from apprentice to senior supervisor, managing complex repairs on both heavy and light vehicles, overseeing tooling and procurement, and leading mobile repair teams across Canada and on overseas deployments.I’ve served in a wide range of technical and leadership roles: fleet maintenance manager, shop supervisor, MRT (Mobile Repair Team) lead, and recovery operations specialist. I’ve supported international missions, responded to domestic emergencies, and kept critical equipment operational in the toughest conditions.I’m passionate about mentoring the next generation of techs and continuing to grow in roles where I can apply my hands-on experience, leadership, and dedication to doing the job right the first time.
