- Responsible of the Quality Assurance and Quality Control activities. - Manage the QA and QC teams with regards to the daily operational requirements including recruitment, training and induction to ensure both teams are adequately skilled, resourced and performance managed. - Create, document and maintain policies, procedures and responsibilities related to the QA/QC function. - Approve the inspection activity and associated quality control data throughout the production cycle, including the testing of raw materials, antigens and final products - Ensure the timely investigation of deviations from the quality system, assign appropriate corrective actions, recommend preventative measures and measure their effectiveness. - Perform internal and external quality audits. - Contract of outsource activities. - Manage the operating budget of the QA/QC function.

- Responsible of the Biologics Production: antigens production (cell culture virus, embryonated egg virus, bacterial and mycoplasma culture, toxins and parasites), vaccines production (live, coccidial and autogenous), freeze-dryed hormones production and diagnostic kits production. - Plan production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, and materials supply. - Lead, coach, and develop production personnel. - Ensure the timely investigation of complaints and deviations from the quality system, assign appropriate corrective actions, recommend preventative measures and measure their effectiveness. - Follow-up of production units. - Suppliers select of industrial equipment. - Maintain the critical equipment qualified and in force. - Maintenance of procedures and process instructions of Production. - Manage the operating budget.
