Alba Haya, BA in Fine Arts & MFA in Film and TV. She is engaged in business, an expert in bringing media to market – from concept creation, development, strategy, financing, organizing a team and executing the project. She is very good at dealing with business and financial matters and has a profound insight into the media industry. She has a business vision; her goal in a project is to achieve it in the shortest possible time and at the lowest cost to increase profits & benefits, without sacrificing quality. She can reduce the cost of a production by planning ahead and saving creatively. She has had artistic talent from an early age. She comes from a large family of artists which has given her the ability to come up constantly with creative, original and innovative ideas. Started her career as a producer at TVE (Spanish Broadcasting Network), responsible for the output of a sports television broadcast “Paddle Pro Tour”. She has spent the last five years running her own production company Now & Always. She coordinates 10 employees and has been physically involved in almost all facets of the company, including directing, production, editing, videography, photography etc. She's made several films about the Santiago Bernabeu Stadium for its owner Real Madrid Club. She's covered big events e.g. the visit of the Pope to World Youth Day, the Movistar Beaches Tour by the Telefonica Company, the BMW Mini Challenge etc. She worked with companies such as Mediaset Spain about producing several TV programs. She created audiovisual content for the Young Entrepreneur Chair for the Chamber of Commerce in Madrid. She has also collaborated with several famous magicians e.g. Ana Tamariz, Jorge Blass, Luis Piedrahita etc. She improves the profitability of her projects, has a broad perspective on the content she produces, yet has a clear eye for detail, making sure that nothing is left to chance. All while keeping her teams motivated to create the best products.
