Team leader – manage a core team of Partner Manager and Partner Executive, motivate, and inspire. Manage Partners’ above and below the line advertising campaigns, including developing and approving written copy, still and moving imagery, and coordinating with our comms and media teams where appropriate. Generate additional commercial revenue through Partners events, projects, and hospitality programs.

1. Collaborating with other department leaders to define, prioritize, and develop projects. 2. Planning project management, including setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and assigning team members to various deliverables. 3. Overseeing the development of the project and ensuring that team members are carrying out their tasks efficiently while upholding the company's standards. 4. Drafting new and improving existing project management office policies and processes. 5. Continuously evaluating projects to ensure they are meeting company standards, adhering to budgets, and meeting deadlines. 6. Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within the scope, and within budget. 7. Ensure resource availability and allocation. 8. Report and escalate to management as needed. 9. Manage the relationship with the client and relevant stakeholders. 10. Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members' individual strengths, skill sets, and experience levels. 11. Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals. 12. Attend conferences and training as required to maintain proficiency. 13. Perform other related duties as assigned. 14. Use and continually develop leadership skills.

Corporate communication Overseeing the branding, communication strategy, and media for one of the world’s largest and diversified public investment companies as well as for HRH Prince Alwaleed. As the Project Manager of Corporate Communication, i was also involved on communication strategy and public profile and interactions of HRH Prince Alwaleed Bin Talal Alsaud, the Chairman of Kingdom Holding Company, Chairman of Alwaleed Philanthropies, and Chairman of Rotana Media Group.
