• Create weekly schedule to ensure production for plastic injection area considering: • Stock control through min/max system • Production leveling (Heijunka) • Capacity analysis for horizontal and vertical injection areas • Data analysis for decision-making (Machine assignations, new equipment buying, etc.) • Prevent production problems due to increasing requirements • Molding assembly area responsible • Deliver production requirements on time • Ensure the quality of the products • Team coordination and training (20 people) • Reach the stablished goals (OEE, downtime, PPMs, etc.)

• Kaizen projects coordinator (+15 projects) • Capacity analysis responsible (Querétaro Plant) • 20 different processes with more than 150 machines • Data analysis for decision-making • Supporting capacity analysis for Brasil Plant • Support in integration of new models • Increase efficiency of assembly lines through: • Time and motions studies, line balancing • Implementation of "Lean Manufacturing" methodologies

Desarrollé un proyecto llamado "Incremento de la eficiencia y productividad en el área de moldeo vertical en la empresa Hi-Lex Mexicana", el cual alcanzó satisfactoriamente los objetivos planteados al inicio, logrando aumentar la eficiencia del área en un 40%, así como la reducción de tiempos muertos en las máquinas moldeadoras. También di soporte a ingenieros de proceso, diseñando y elaborando manejos de material, realizando análisis de eficiencia y de tiempos muertos en las líneas, programando macros para la automatización de formatos, entre otras actividades.
