Reporting to the Program Director, as Program Manager responsible for overall Solution/ IT delivery and governance and a delivery capability through a multi-disciplined teams 45 to 80 people, a contributor to P+L for a budget/forecasting and change request of a multi-million pound program. Accountabilities - Customer facing and internal responsibilities to delivering a business critical ERP transformation programme focusing on standardisation, with SSE’s B2B Business Energy over 4.5 years, benefiting 650 business users. The solution is Microsoft Dynamics365 Finance and Operations/CE ERP with interfaces to other business systems/integrations 30+.

As IT Delivery Manager reporting to the Programme Director, responsible for overall delivery and governance with 5 direct reports, a key implementation partner, and an offshore delivery capability totaling a team of 25+ people, P+L responsibility for a multi-million pound budget. Delivering a business critical ERP transformation programme focusing on standardisation, a first for Associated British Foods, with the initial 4 businesses over 3 years, benefiting 900+ business users and providing business benefits. The selected solution was Microsoft Dynamics365 Finance and Operations with interfaces to other business systems via middleware - Mulesoft solution.

Delivery Manager responsible for a £multi-million spend,70+ staff, overseeing the delivery of Gazprom Energy’s global retail business transformation through go-live and 6 months of hypercare. Gazprom Energy is a mid-tier energy provider to the B2B UK market. Due to exceptional growth over a10 year period since start-up, they had outgrown their systems/processes, principally a new CRM and billing engine was required using MS Dynamics (AX2012 R3) and integration with Finance(SAP) and 9 other systems using SCRUM and Agile implementation approaches. Responsible for working with Director and enterprise level teams in London, Manchester and Moscow to deliver the strategy, forward roadmap, governance model, commercial framework, engagement plan, people strategy and delivery approach.
