My responsibilities included: All aspects of production from ordering raw materials, components and consumables, to scheduling the workshop and fitting teams. I also oversaw all in house production and design. Along with the Managing director I also produced quotes and estimates as well as continuous customer support. My other duties also included producing sales targets and cost reports as well as profit and turnover targets.

I was an in house estimator and project manager for repeat and new customers alike. I would estimate the entire project and produce in depth highly articulated quotes. If successful I would then produce an internal production order/s and procure all non in house elements. I would also I was available at all time throughout production to oversee quality or any issues that may arise. I worked as part of an sales/estimation team in a target driven high volume office with daily sales/production meetings.

All day to day operations, including order book, purchasing and sales. Dissemination of information is the key to a smooth operations. Health and Safety, ordering, scheduling, staff management and all customer paperwork comes through my office.
