Key Responsibilities: - Lead the implementation of a digitized operations logbook across all plants - Oversight the goal management system of the Manufacturing Division - Conduct frontline leadership training to operations and maintenance supervisors - Oversight the implementation of lean six sigma projects driving process improvement and cost optimization - Facilitate the development of the functional strategy within Manufacturing division - Conduct frequent workshops with Manufacturing staff to improve the current standards, processes and systems. For example, reviewing the roles and responsibilities chart (RACI Matrix), and meetings effectiveness standard. - Engage in affiliates board affairs as board secretary

Assigned in a three-year special project aimed at transforming the safety culture in Sipchem through the implementation of Process Safety Management (PSM) standards.

• Certified Training Professional. Performed nearly all training coordination activities. • Certified Facilitator of The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People-Foundations Course. Trained over 80 employees. • Certified Facilitator of the Behavioral Accident Prevention Process (BAPP). Trained over 200 employees. • Supervised Operators’ Progression System. • Conducted frequent performance assessments and needs analysis for the process operators. • Led an initiative to optimize the cost of the operation training by transforming the external training (outsourcing) to internal training, saving around SR 150,000 each year starting from year 2014. • Led a project to develop technical training manuals for the maintenance department. • Organized and facilitated a team building event attended by over 400 employees. • Acted as a change agent in a Culture Transformational Program. • Successfully led Sipchem Toastmasters Club for the term 2013/14. • Certified Root Cause Analysis (RCA) member. Led one RCA. • Managed the innovation program in Sipchem. Led several innovation campaigns. • Participated in developing operation’ best practices procedures and guidelines. • Participated in several internal auditing programs.

This is a two-month long on Business Analytics covering topics such as analytics with Excel, SQL, and Data Visualization.
