• Correct errors by making appropriate changes and rechecking the program to ensure that the desired results are produced. • Test issues such as system integration, performance and system security after any major program modification. • Document installation or configuration procedures to allow maintenance and repetitions. • Review or update web page content or links using appropriate tools. • Train people in system use. • Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software or other network and system problem. • Back up or modify applications and related data to provide for disaster recovery. • Inform web site users of problems, problem resolutions or application changes and updates. • Conduct trail runs of programs and software applications to be sure they will produce the desire information and that the instructions are correct.

• Joined MIMOS as CODE8 (Centre of Domain Expertise Acceleration in ICT) Apprentice. This unique program combines on-the-job training with in-house classes/seminars. • Attended Secure Programming class and Hacker Halted Event organized by EC-Council. • Involved project using Trusted Platform Module to ensure integrity of a system. • Pick up foundation on Linux administration and use shell scripting for program testing. • Involved in development team to develop POC for authentication platform using SAML. Develop SMS OTP login module using PHP and setup SMS modem. • Install and configure web server (Apache and Tomcat). • Write or contribute to instructions or manuals to guide end users. • Research new technologies by attending seminars, reading trade articles or taking classes and implement or recommend the implementation of new technologies. • Deploy Unified Authentication Platform in MIMOS production which was using for Enterprise Resource Planning. • Implement updates, upgrades, and patches in a timely manner to limit loss of service. • Determine sources of web page or server problems, and take action to correct such problem. • Deploy applications to multiple environments such as development, staging and production. • Customize, enhance or modify current authentication platform to meet client requirement.
