Directed activities of payroll staff, administering a multistate payroll for approximately 2,000 employees. Developed and controlled all tasks necessary to accomplish the organization's payroll processing objectives, assuring that payrolls were processed efficiently and that the organization remained in compliance with all federal and state regulations. Supervised the computation and payment of sales commissions and administered the variable compensation plans payable to regional managers. Designed and implemented a Fox Pro based commissions payment system. Supervised the administration of the Company's employee relocation program as well as the reporting of quarterly tax information, travel expense reimbursements, balance sheet account reconciliation's and monthly journal entries. Assured the adequacy of accruals for commissions, bonuses, overtime, etc. Computed W-2 inclusion amounts for non-cash fringe benefits, imputed income, relocation, etc., and reconciled all W-2's.

Responsibilities included preparation of sales and use tax returns, balance sheet account analysis and review, computation and reporting of gross-ups for employee relocation expenses, reporting of unemployment taxes, preparation of occupational tax returns, worker's compensation reports and labor department statistical reports. Also responsible for reconciling intercompany account with head office, reporting of monthly intercompany sales with foreign affiliates and reconciling due to/from balances with foreign and domestic affiliates.

Joined newly formed division of Merrill Lynch Equity Management as a Senior Client Services Representative generating sales support and consumer interest for GMAC Home Equity Direct, a personal line of credit secured by home equity. Analyzed and evaluated client's personal financial information which included individual, partnership and corporate tax returns. Pre-screened loan applications on the basis of income, credit history and equity. Monitored and analyzed competitors' product offering to assure product superiority and market leadership.

Promoted to Vice President of Finance in 2005. Continued to develop the finance organization as the business continued to grow through strategic acquisitions. Assumed overall responsibility for the Human Resources Department in 2011.
