As an experienced Environmental Consultant, I support land development projects across the UK by delivering technical site assessments through pre-planning to pre-construction, remediation, and validation. I have extensive experience assisting with renewable energy projects (primarily solar and BESS) and residential developments to ensure that environmental and geotechnical risks are clearly identified, managed, and mitigated at every stage. My work directly supports planning applications, site feasibility studies, and regulatory compliance. My core expertise includes: • Agricultural Land Classification (ALC) • Phase I & II Contamination and Geotechnical Site Investigations • Soil Management Plans (SMP) • Soil Resource Surveys and Reporting (SRS/SRP) I’m currently part of the team at Oracle Environmental Experts, where we provide integrated environmental, geotechnical, and remedial services for both greenfield and brownfield developments throughout the UK.
