Interview, hire, train and provide support to 20 employees in the Processing Assistant department. Duties included staying up-to-date on current company policies and making sure to keep the department in the know. Assisted management with work-a-day questions and solutions. Tracked employee performance through internal reporting and self-created data trackers. Wrote and disseminated a task tracking tool in Microsoft Excel that is now used company-wide.

Worked with the Processing group on obtaining third party documents and information, understanding and explaining mortgage loan guidelines, processes and documentation requirements and providing a touch point for how to satisfy certain document requirements from a Processing and Underwriting perspective.

Manage two departments totaling 40 people and one Team Lead. Responsibilities included, but were not limited to, hiring new personnel in both departments, reporting department status to Regional Managers and VP's, tracking daily, weekly and monthly progress for each employee and providing feedback and direction for areas that could be improved. Also helped guide and direct training in both departments using experienced staff.
