Supported multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects to business-critical deadlines that required Procurement input, project management and strategy from Construction, Acquisitions, Legal, Loss Prevention, Retail Operations and Maintenance. Weekly status reports issued to stakeholders with risks and owners identified. Projects involved the design, development and delivery of goods or services in the UK, Europe and USA. Worked cross functionally across the department to implement process and documentation to improve communication and efficiencies. Implemented a shared data management structure to link projects from initial purchase through to property disposal. Implemented RACI documentation to define roles and responsibilities to give individuals ownership and accountability for their actions. Introduced tools and workshops between teams to improve communication and understanding of each other’s roles. Implemented and ran the teams’ stakeholder management strategy to improve communication and working relationship with our customers. Established further requirements through regular dialogue establishing opportunities that would have otherwise not been discovered.

Created and managed a strategic store purchasing team that was able to consistently deliver on high profile reactive projects as well as source and deliver longer term category objectives. Continuously delivered over 100 new or construction projects within a £20m budget per annum and generated a £2.5m annual saving for the Group. Regular engagement with stakeholders from Construction, Arcadia individual Brands (9 of them), Finance, Property, Retail and contractors. Continuous management CPD to ensure there was progression for myself and my management team to deliver in a high-pressure environment. Introduced standard process including supplier due diligence to ensure they could fully support, were suitable and sustainable for the projects that were required.
