With over 40 years of experience, I have a unique mixture of business, operational, cultural and project experience spanning all aspects of the mining industry in multiple minerals and geographic locations from early stage exploration, every project development stage, all operational aspects and even closure. I have lived and worked in Australia, Zimbabwe, Chile, Peru, Colombia and Canada. I have also worked in USA, Mexico, Cuba, Guatemala, Ecuador, Brazil, PNG, South Africa and Argentina. I am fully bilingual in English and Spanish I am an accomplished and proven international leader of multi-discipline teams and have consistently shown successful business growth and optimization leading to superior financial results from both unionised and non-unionised operations. I have also been an officer and board member of both private and public companies.
