- Assisted senior project managers in managing project delivery for local flagship projects, in terms of scope, schedule, cost, quality and procurement. - Led internal and external risk assessments by engaging risk stewards and Independent Audit to ensure both internal governance and HKMA regulatory requirements are fulfilled. - Managed local FinTech vendor from vendor sourcing, procurement to project execution in order to comply with internal controls on third party engagement and governance model. - Delivered HK Faster Payment System (FPS) enhancements to fulfill HKMA regulatory requirements. - Launched Mobile CASA (instant CASA account opening via SC Mobile) for New-to-Bank client acquisition of 20% increment per month on average (2019 - 2020). - Enhanced Mobile CASA to support wealth account opening (cross-selling CASA account opening with unit trust/ securities trading account).
