• Assist in commissioning and deployment during project implementation phase and provide onsite assistance • Perform troubleshooting on system error recovery with minimal downtime within agreed SLA • Prepare know-how document and conduct regular(quarterly) know how sharing of subsystem (Crane, Vertical lifter system, Pallet Checker, Pallet Conveyor, EMS) with team members • Maintaining communications with clients to ensure smooth day-to-day inbound and outbound operations • Prepare necessary documents such as PTW, Hot Work permit and WAH permit regularly in accordance to Petronas HSE regulatory requirements • Lead a team of technicians in conducting preventive maintenance of subsystem • Provide reports of findings and perform consultation with client in regards of current health of system • Perform configuration and modification of field devices installed in subsystem • Provide Level-2 system support and remote support work to onsite personnel • Responsible in reviewing and maintaining safe level of spare part inventory • Provide support to other account leaders and follow up call outs
