Operating as a Director, I helped develop this multi-million dollar manufacturing and ecommerce operation to expand into an international organization. I worked with marketing and finance departments to further add to and develop their own range of health products and services. I led the efforts to define, refine, and articulate the organization's business strategy and to develop their Roadmap to 2025. We are now developing new products and are expanding our manufacturing capability.

The Cyber Security Champions of Tomorrow (CSCoT) was established in 2021, with its membership growing to include members from 26 countries. The CSCoT's primary aim is to help others through fostering collaboration, sharing knowledge, providing guidance, and mentoring practitioners across the world to uplift cyber security for everyone.

As coaches and consultants, we support small business with development and we support large organisation with important ICT projects with the formal risk management services that prevent the all to common ICT project disasters. We provide industry best practice in Risk Management Planning, Risk Identification, Qualitative Risk Analysis, Quantitative Risk Analysis, Risk Response Planning and Risk Monitoring services. We follow industry best practices and deliver management reports that include both objective quantified assessments as well as subjective qualitative assessments. We provide project managers, project sponsors and project boards with the most appropriate information and recommendations to ensure that project objectives are achieved, that organisational resources are not wasted and that careers are protected.

As the Director and Licensee of TEDx Surfers Paradise I am responsible for the planning, organising and managing of the TEDx Surfers Paradise Program. My role is to define, plan and implement the vision for our community and our events. Leading the QFES Modern Field Communications Project. This initiative has been instigated to enhance communications capabilities of Fire and Emergency services in the field. The project will draw on multiple communications technologies and will network them to improve the safety and effectiveness of Fire and Emergency services.

Payment Card Industry (PCI-DSS) Remediation Project - Cybersecurity As the Senior Program Consultant, I established and directing the project to reduce the enterprise payment card data risk exposure of the airline. Security Operations Centre (SOC) upgrade project - Cybersecurity As the Senior Program Consultant, I was responsible for establishing and directing the project to reduce the enterprise risk exposure of the airline.

In response to growing concerns about the cross-jurisdictional nature of organised crime and terrorism, the Australian Criminal Intelligence Commission (ACIC) introduced a national series of initiatives to consolidate policing information from the 11 different policing bodies. This aggregation of police information will enable all policing bodies to collaborate better to manage incident response, to improve crime detection & prevention and to manage joint task forces. I worked as a senior consultant to help QPS assess the Program of Work in order to establish the scope, determine the impact, and estimate the cost of implementing the changes. In the process, I introduced Stochastic Estimation modelling and the use of Predictive Data Analytics to the QPS estimation process. The use of Predictive Data Analytics allows QPS future business cases to determine: The probability of achieving cost & schedule estimates, the probability of realising a negative return, the contingency that would be required to achieve a desired degree of certainty and the variables that have the largest impact on the estimate variance.

Delivering an Inter-departmental Greenfield ICT project to reduce the State's risk exposure to the mining industry's impact on the environment.

The courses in this certification provide an introduction to the physics of nuclear energy and radiation, with an emphasis on the unique attributes and challenges of nuclear energy as a low-carbon solution. Peaceful applications of radiation to help humankind, such as reactors for materials science research, nuclear medicine, security initiatives and quantum technology, are covered. The course explores fission energy, establishing the scientific, engineering, and economic basis for fission reactors, and describes the state of the art in nuclear reactor technology. The courses in the certification also cover magnetic fusion energy research, with lectures covering the scientific and engineering basis of tokamaks, the state of the art in world fusion experiments, and the MIT vision for high-magnetic field fusion reactor.
