I am an ARLA qualified senior property professional with over 20 years' experience driving ambitious strategic operations with a track record of delivery and impact gained at Director level. I rose to a leadership position heading London’s largest residential property management department over the course a successful 17-year tenure and recently lead the UK’s premier commercial & BTR property information research & customer support centre. Both roles required the ability to recruit, build and drive successful teams through the maintenance and delivery of accurate and ambitious KPI’s and the regular presentation of data driven performance analysis to senior stakeholders, both within the business and externally. Combining excellent organisational skills with a results-focussed attitude means that I have the ability to identify risks and issues and mitigate as part of project planning. I strive to improve the success of my team through staff development & efficiency reviews, particularly enjoying personal interaction with motivated team members. I am now looking to take the next step in my career and bring my experience and enthusiasm to a company to ensure they hit their long-term goals.
