Vast experience in video production including conception, execution, delivery, and teaching. Have shot and edited hundreds of films for big and small clients, including universities, NGOs, churches, and pre-wedding and wedding videos. I am a native English speaker from the United States. HKID. Don’t smoke. Driver’s license. Approachable and friendly. Enjoy teaching children and adults. IT literate. Improvements in the technology of filmmaking since I started out in 1984 have been breathtaking and allow me to do things for customers now that were once unimaginable, or at least unaffordable when I started. Somewhat surprisingly, the underlying craft remains the same. I grew up in California, lived many years in Hawaii, and moved to Hong Kong in 2012. In Hong Kong, I started teaching Science and English at the kindergarten, primary, and secondary level before returning to Filmmaking. I enjoy teaching English as well as filmmaking. I especially enjoying when I can combine the two in meaningful ways.
