Coordinate and work closely with various OHR offices to prepare for scheduled Office of Personnel Management (OPM) evaluations on any of the required systems of the Human Capital Framework (HCF) (formally HCAAF). Coordinate and provide input on responses to required and recommended actions resulting from findings of the OPM evaluation. Participate in the development of accountability strategies and repeatable quality control processes that may be implemented as a result of the OPM evaluation. Respond to annual Federal Activities Inventory Reform (FAIR) Act requirements. This Act requires agencies to submit an inventory of positions that perform commercial activities to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB). Serve as the lead in coordinating, collecting, and sometimes drafting applicable responses, corrective action plan, and subsequent close-out to the GAO Report

Provided human resources advisory and operational services for seven United States Attorney’s Offices. Participated in work groups focusing on special human resources topics and issues of concern to many or all USAOs and EOUSA. Participated as a team member in conducting on site evaluations of human resource programs and policies. Participated in internal audits to include personnel actions, recruitments and position descriptions, performance management, and the 3Rs.

Provided advice, assistance and review on requests for highest previous rate * above the minimum pay setting * recruitment, retention, and relocation incentives * special physician pays * service credit for leave and other compensation and retention flexibilities. Provided guidance and review for Title 42 initial salary setting and pay adjustments.

Remained a Co-Designer of Department of Navy Civilian Employment social media's sites.

Providing the essential HR strategic perspective in support of the Academic Dean and Provost Office which leads the entire academic program at USNA.
