In my most recent role, I support the optimisation of academic performance and learning of students by developing exams. To enhance the learning experience of pupils, I aim to create lesson plans. Furthermore, I am engaged in providing impactful input for formulating school and English department's development plan. The achievements for this role include the following: - Enrolled in and acquired CELTA certification to deliver English language education on global scale. - Enrolled in an advanced Excel course on Udemy and obtained a certification to assist in conducting assessments and data-related Excel files.

As a Secondary English Language & Literature Teacher, I reinforced knowledge improvement by carrying out comprehensive weekly quizzes to assess student performance. I accelerated learning process for several students by implementing and maintaining standardized guidelines. To communicate the student performance to senior management, I formulated and presented reports. The values I was responsible for during this tenure include: -Obtained second rank in English Debates of Jordan for Private Schools by acting as Trainer and Judge. -Provided training to students for TOFEL Junior and ITP assessment test, scaling academic performance.

During this role, I conducted oral tests and presentations to increase students' talk time and promote collaboration. I was successful at maximising student learning within the classroom by implementing innovative technology, such as data show, smart board, tablets, and laptops, as well as roll out of educational software / programs, including 'LMS software'. A small selection of my accomplishments for this role includes: -Boosted student engagement by participating in several educational workshops and organising various sessions, comprising SMART objectives, classroom management, project learning, and stress handling. -Served as a Trainer to engage in English Debates of Qatar, attaining third position in the competition.

In this role, I built and developed long-term relationships with students to identify and fulfil needs. I was able to evaluate pupil learning outcomes by coordinating mock examinations as well as weekly and pre-exam revisions. Moreover, I utilised broad knowledge to deliver instructional guidance on multiple course topics. I have assisted first-year, sophomore, and junior students by preparing and sharing lectures on English grammar and conversation courses. The achievements in this role were: -Received appreciation from students and the entire English department for providing outstanding course explanations versus actual doctors. -Engaged in several English language department events; recognised as edutainment like plays.

I participated in many events regarding to English literature like Shakespeare's plays, writing competitions, conversation sessions, and translation. In addition to that, I had been giving lectures of English grammar courses for freshmen and juniors for 2 years and a half before I graduated from the university.

It's my minor, I got full 21 hours of Business Administration and management. I got great courses of HR, Production management, statistics and small businesses.
