• Leading and managing all production employees to achieve plant targets. • Improving employee qualifications and professionalism. • Achieve company targets through creating on effective KPI system for all employees in different levels as per each level job function and requirements. • Achieve the high level of follow up, coordination and teamwork between different organization departments such as supply chain, quality. • Control all type of expenses and costs to improve operational profitability. • Participate in CAPEX & OPEX decisions/Budgeting as well as selection the machines allocation and re-allocation. • Settling the yearly production plan with upper management according to confirm & demand orders.

• Leading and managing all production employees to achieve the target. • Mange production assisted by SAP system (System Application Product). • Monitoring operations efficiency and efficiency improvement of production process fluxes also by applying Lean Manufacturing methodologies. Focus also on optimization of operation to assure a continuous reduction of process costs. • Control the inventory levels & values to reduce WIP (work in progress) costs. • Following with supply chain department the delivery dates of requested materials to meet our production requirements on time. • Coordinating with the related departments such as warehouse, Engineering, and QC&QA in order to meet the smooth functioning production machine. • Take charge of production KPI’s: on production volume, processing cost, and inventory. • Equipment Specification and Selection (URS), FAT’S and SAT’S. • Calculate OEE for each machine & increasing uptime. • Check the work conditions, documentation and compliance to GMPs in production area. • Maintaining and updating all SOP’s files by generating, reviewing and approving all Q.A. Standard Operating Procedures. • Deviation reports preparing / investigation (production and packaging area). • Perform internal audits of production, warehousing and packaging operations. Identify areas for improvement, recommending and/or implementing preventive and corrective actions CAPA. • Work as a change lead expert to implement (Lean manufacturing, process improvement and mindsets and coaching).

-Planning for production and packaging section to achieve the target. -Manpower managing. -Improving the process and the system. -Training for the employees. -Achieving the plant KPI. -Increasing the up time and the OEE% for all lines. -line process analysis, problem solving and improvement. - Coordinating with the related departments such as WH, Engineering, and QC&QA in order to meet the smooth functioning production machine. -Prepare schedule of calibration and periodic preventive maintenance of production machine. - Review all reports and proceeds and maintaining plan in the site. -Make sure that all documents, reports and logbooks in the department are prepared on time according to GMP. -Make all improvements, changes and installing required for the system.

-planning for production powder, compression and coating department to keep all machines running. - Check all materials to be delivered to all departments on time to avoid any delay. - create and review the SOP’s. - In process and daily round check. - In addition to troubleshooting, capacity planning and leveling as per production orders. - Resource management and materials planning. - Implemented and developed production technologies for unit. - Ensure that safety of workers and consumers were maintained in the manufacturing process.

-responsible for powder department granulation machine, fluid bed dryer, ovens, milling machine, sifting machine and Double cone blender. -determine the end point of granulation. -knowing in GEOMETRIC MIXING . -following the manufacturing process granulation, drying, milling and blend. -create and review the SOP’s.
