Managed all work permits (PTW) process to ensure the HSE requirement are being fed and implemented.  Takes care in use of all sites specific, facility and customer required Personal Protection Equipment (PPE).  Monitoring leading and lagging indicators, implementing improvement initiative to ensure HS&E delivery of projects objectives.  Oversee workplace repair, installation and any other work that could harm employee's safety.  Carried out daily HSE inspection on subcontractor premises.  Ensured the new employees oriented from company HSE policy, awareness and understanding of all safety rules and regulations (induction training).  Record and investigated incident to determine root causes.  Attended and participated in daily pre-work meeting and toolbox talks (TBT).  Conducted the different types of emergency drills (Fire, Environmental….  Enforce preventive measures.  Ensure risk assessment / job hazard analysis (JHA) has been carried out for work activates.  Insured proper Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures were followed to isolate hazardous energy during maintenance and repair activities, preventing accidental startup.

 Keeping accident records and investigation.  Checking method statement / SWPs for carrying out work against their actual work on site.  Ensuring that all the role players understand their responsibilities and function and that they will be held accountable for safety on site.  Verify adequacy of all equipment to be used on site (including portable tool & lifting gears).  Walk-through inspection to all area observing unsafe acts and unsafe condition then give corrective action immediately.

Tracked the location and movement of company vehicles in real-time ensuring efficient route optimization and driver safety.  Analyzed data generated by the GPS system, identifying trends, potential inefficiencies, and areas for improvement in fleet management.  Created reports summarizing vehicle activity, including mileage, stops, and adherence to designated routes  Identified and addressed any issues related to the GPS tracking system (AYUN), ensuring its functionality and data accuracy.  Carried out periodic inspection to company and contractor vehicles and inspect the road condition and identify any requirement for maintenance and signage.  Plan and execute operational vehicle maintenance schedule as per safety standard; follow up on renewal of vehicles registration; maintain register per vehicles containing the relevant documents and ensure all the documents related to the vehicles are up to date.  Ensured safe driving habits are adhered to by all drivers.

 Assisted in completing preventative maintenance procedures and maintaining support equipment.  Assists in the completion of pre and post job equipment inspections.  Under supervision, learnt basic safety, repaired and operations procedures on equipment and tools.  Working with PMC (Project Management Consultant) engineers in establishing and rehabilitation facilities (pumps, valves, fabrication and fitting pipeline) in South Sudan (unity and Toma south states).
