• Set Store Sales Plans by the department, by category, by staff and communicate the plan to all stakeholders. • Achieve sales targets productivity metrics (Conversion %, basket size, Sales Growth, etc.) for the store. • Achieve the sales targets of the store, focus on improving under-performing Store areas. • Monitor and control expenses (overtime, local purchase, Stocks and consumables) through efficient Loss prevention measures. • Generate, Interpret & communicate sales reports and focus on improving under-performing areas. • Monitor sales performance against budget on a daily, weekly & monthly basis and share feedback with store staff. • Ensure all merchandise deliveries are posted to the system, priced, security tagged & bar-coded before display as per defined standards. • Manage effective stock replenishment & continuous stock availability, ongoing recovery as per defined standards. • Ensure merchandise is displayed according to visual merchandising standard & efficient execution of marketing campaigns. • Prepare and review store reports on Stocks aging (Zero sellers, worse seller, bestseller, sell through %) • Ensure the highest housekeeping standards on the shop floor, back office, parking, entrance, POS, Customer service. • Manage team & individual performance against targets, provide regular feedback on performance and develop Coaching plan based on each staff performance and skill gaps.

• Manage sales points to solve any technical issue or customer request. • Prepare and review daily, weekly & monthly operational reports. • Responsible of corporate sales, revenue forecasting, developing and setting business plans. • Plan and implement a specific appraisal system to describes the responsibilities, and performance standards for each member of the sales team, set individual sales targets and manage the commission plan. • Develop and execute monthly and quarterly sales plan. • Set and Develop action plans to increase profitability.
