Projects Engineer Project : Remraam residential community CLIENT: Dubai Properties Consultant: Khatib & Alami. Main Contractor: ECC Project Summary Remram is the residential community being developed in Dubai, UAE. Plans for the development include 198 building sand and make it one of the largest construction sites in the UAE. The volume of concrete required for the foundations is equivalent to 1 million cubic meters, enough to fill 400 Olympic sized pools. Upon completion it is to include a Community Mall, covered parking, outdoor swimming pools, nurseries, gym, sauna, tennis and basketball courts and a clubhouse. Landscaped parks will occupy over 85% of total community area. Remram residential community will be located adjacent to Arabian Ranches.

Project : ADSSC Contract : O-11008-Asset Enhancement scheme stage -1 in Abu Dhabi Area 2 construction deep trunk sewer from MPS 14 to MPS8 including Interception of sewers and Abandonment of Existing pump Station. The main purpose of the project is to intercept the sewage flows from the different pumping stations and convey them to a single pumping station (MPS8N) and divert them to the STEP Tunnel. To achieve this, the AES 2 project involves the construction of a Deep Trunk Sewer from MPS 14 to MPS 8, and the interception of sewage flow from 12 No. existing pumping stations which will be abandoned and demolished. This will have an additional positive impact in the area by eliminating all the pumping stations operational and maintenance requirements as well as the OPEX, together with the nuisance to the public including odor, sewage handling and other associated Health, Safety and Environment issues.
