Due to global positioning of customers and TF&S, role interfaced with key multi-national customers on a global basis to ensure consistent contract perfromance from all TF&S offices. Vertical markets of marine and aviation P/L responsilbities were included in the role duties, with offices in the UK and Netherlands reporting.

Responsible for export contracting of fixed water and chemical based fire protection systems for Grinnell Fire Protection. Negotiated and managed P/L responsible for construction contracts in several countries involving private companies and US Military/Governement agencies.

Managed export contracting of fire protection and Alarm/Detection portfolio of company. Managed P/Ls, and staff of three offices of company (Ohio, Puerto Rico, Singapore). Extensive negotiations with key international contractors and US Military/Governement agencies. Responsible for export regulation compliance within company.

Position was developed to increase field staff knowledge and commercial growth of the special hazards fire protection offering of Tyco Fire and Building Products, including water mist.

My role within Tyco entails the challenge of supporting end-users and specifying entities with guidance for fixed fire protection technologies, including water, chemical, and foam based systems. This role also requires extensive techncial and commercial support of the two water mist platforms within the TFPP portfolio, and our special hazards offerings.
