As the Operations Manager and Plant Engineer at Evergreen Gulf Recycling Hub, I have been at the forefront of Oman’s circular economy since its inception. Joining in 2022 when the facility was an empty shell, I spearheaded the installation of our 20,000 MT/year shredding and dismantling lines in collaboration with ERS International, Toronto, Canada. ​By 2024, I achieved a major milestone by independently installing and commissioning our Lithium Battery Recycling line with remote external technical assistance from ERS International. Beyond engineering, I manage our Integrated Management System (IMS), ensuring rigorous compliance with ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001. I am currently deepening my expertise through an M.Tech in Environmental Engineering from BITS Pilani and training to become an R2v3 Lead Auditor to ensure our facility meets the highest global standards for electronics recycling.

I am pursuing this M.Tech to bridge my background in Mechanical Engineering and Operations Management with advanced environmental expertise. Having managed plant operations and ISO 14001/45001 systems in the e-waste sector, I am now focusing on mastering resource recovery and global compliance. My goal is to combine my technical experience with specialized environmental training to become an R2v3 Lead Auditor, dedicating my career to driving a zero-waste circular economy through process innovation and rigorous sustainability standards.
