Managed the end-to-end data migration of learning items, curricula, and user records using SF Connectors, ensuring 100% data integrity across diverse global jurisdictions. Talent Management Strategy (40% of Core Role): Successfully steered four full annual appraisal cycles and spearheaded change management for the global Talent platform. Orchestrated development plan setting for the entire 3,000+ person regional cohort, aligning individual growth with organizational goals. Scope: Orchestrated the end-to-end training engine for the Sales & Marketing teams across all 43 therapeutic divisions of India’s largest pharmaceutical company. I was responsible for the accuracy of our monthly training MIS. My data provided the strategic overview of our training targets and was shared periodically with the CEO to inform high-level decision-making. Entrusted with the oversight and execution of a $0.5M (USD) annual training budget, ensuring every rupee was optimized to deliver maximum value across our nationwide programs. Designed and arranged the "Basic Training Programs" for the entire national field force. This was a year-round operation that required intense coordination to ensure our sales teams were always medically and commercially prepared. Organized and facilitated induction programs for new joiners at all levels, including specialized Managerial Inductions, ensuring a smooth transition into the Sun Pharma culture. Worked as a key bridge for the core L&OD team, making sure that complex training requirements were translated into timely, high-quality program deliveries without hitches.

Scope: This is where my corporate journey began. I was handpicked by management for a specialized international training assignment in Italy, which set the stage for my growth into a global L&D professional. Global Vaccine Operations (WST): I served as a Training Coordinator (TC2) supporting the Written Standards of Training (WST) team for GSK’s global vaccine operations. My mission was simple but critical: ensuring 100% training compliance in an industry where accuracy saves lives. LMS Architecture & Compliance: I was the hands-on expert for LMS item and curricula creation. I managed the entire lifecycle of learning assignments—monitoring, updates, and removals—to ensure every employee and external stakeholder had the exact learning plan required for their role. Audit-Ready Mindset: In the world of vaccines, being "audit-ready" isn't a goal; it's a daily requirement. I was responsible for ensuring all training data was airtight and ready for inspection at a moment's notice. I have face multiple audits and have followed up with the findings till we successfully closed them after doing RCA/CAPA. Clinical Site Activation (Xpress Team): Before transitioning to the WST team, I supported regulatory operations for GSK Clinical Studies. This gave me a deep foundational knowledge of ICH-GCP principles and the complexities of clinical trials. Cross-Functional Agility: Because I love to learn, I stepped up to support multiple high-stakes projects, gaining hands-on experience with eTMF, eTrack, and IMMS systems. I also managed processes for Human Biological Samples and financial disclosure activities.

Scope: Selected from a highly competitive walk-in pool to lead undergraduate and postgraduate curriculum delivery, research mentorship, and institutional accreditation. Curriculum Design & Delivery: Led classroom lectures and laboratory practicals, simplifying complex biotechnology concepts for diverse cohorts of students. My teaching philosophy was rooted in engagement and accessibility, which remains the cornerstone of my L&D approach today. Institutional Accreditation (NAAC): Played a pivotal role in the documentation team for the college’s inaugural NAAC (National Assessment and Accreditation Council) inspection. This was my first deep dive into the "audit-ready" world—collating massive amounts of data, ensuring compliance, and meeting rigorous institutional standards. Academic Leadership: Served as a paper-setter and moderator for undergraduate university examinations, ensuring assessment integrity and alignment with academic standards. Research Mentorship: Had the privilege of mentoring postgraduate students through their dissertation projects, guiding them from research conceptualization to thesis defense. Subject Matter Expert: Invited by polytechnical colleges as a Guest Lecturer on Nanotechnology, a testament to my ability to translate complex technical concepts for specialized audiences.

Have experience of managing more than 100 people at a time, due to my appointment as a manager for University's DLLE project. I have a social connect and understanding because I was an active volunteer of Women development cell. I have displayed my acting skills in UDAAN festival also.
