Brown Boxes, Color Boxes, Off-the shelf packaging. * To interact with Service providers (BV, Intertek, SGS etc) to ensure proper testing of packaging material. * Follow ISTA Standards for all packaging products including Impact, Shock, Compression, etc. * To ensure suppliers follow the THD protocol. * To work with GMI approved printers for Artworks. * To work in conjunction with US and Canada team on establishing Packaging Testing protocol for Textile, Furniture, Table top products. * To work on improving damages because of improper containerization and to work on improving the fill-rate through containerization tool. * Visited China in Dec'18 to understand the WOW of printers along with the testing labs. * Visited China in July'19 to attend HDU training and visit to PEVA bag supplier and offset printers along with Testing Labs.

* 04.07.2014 to 19.01.2017 * Developed Packaging Deptt. at JCP, India IBO from scratch. * Single handedly taken care of Packaging area for South Asia IBO. * Looked after the packaging operations of the suppliers and give cost effective solutions related to packaging materials. * Worked on Excess Trash Reduction projects. * Worked on projects related to MCQ increase. * Worked on projects related to de-gauging of cartons keeping in-tact the effectiveness. * Reporting to Supplier Support Director, US. * Interaction with the merchandisers, vendors at India, Pakistan, Bangladesh IBO and with sourcing team at US. * Involved in setting strength parameters for CDU & PDQ as per ISTA guidelines and JCP requirement. * Visited Hong Kong & China in March'15 to get an idea on working of Hard Home vendors. * Visited US in Oct'15- Dallas and Kansas to get an awareness on Regional Logistics Centre, Store Support Centre, Dot Com centres, Stores for material flow.
