Ensuring data integrity by running Recon between Citi systems and FP&A Excel models including FX recon 4. Maintained and Updated FP&A Excel models by refreshing data at the start of every cycle, adjusting P&L line items Topsides received from Senior Management, also adjusted latest forecast on ETR 5. Partnered with Cross functional teams in New York to gain latest Capital ratios including RWA and Tax rates 6. Implemented adequate risk controls for audit purpose 7. Prepared Process notes on various planning cycles

-Constructed financial databook in Excel to understand the financial position of the target company -Financial analysis of key P&L and balance sheet items like loans, borrowings, liquidity, investments, etc. -Performed productivity analysis to understand the efficiency level -Constructed benchmarking/peer analysis models on certain parameters like RoE,RoA,Credit cost,leverage,product mix,NIMs to assist the client in valuation of target company -Worked with one of the biggest private equity firm while advising them on a buy side due diligence engagement.Also been a part of the sell side due diligence engagement team and covered companies in the credit card industry,housing finance industry,microfinance industry and diversified lending business -Spent good amount of time at client's office interacting with middle and top layer of management and found interesting to understand their business plans, key business drivers to scale up the business,cost cutting strategies and partnerships/tie ups to create competitive advantage
