* Doing extensive research and maintaining the database, * Conducting trend analysis and identifying relevant patterns. * Drawing useful insights and reporting it to the senior strategy consultant. * Optimizing the current processes for data collection and manipulation.

* Elicitation of business requirements from stakeholders * Aligning the processes and products with rules and regulations of Food and Drug Administration (FDA) department of India. * Implementing and configuring Microsoft Dynamics Ax CRM to enhance customer retention and loyalty. * Conducting workshops and seminars to educate the shop floor employees on pros and cons of working in a Food and Drug Industry. * Aligning IT and its capabilities with scope of the business.

* Implementing a BPM tool and integrating with an existing JDE systems. * Revamping the existing processes and defining new business processes to attain the desired business need. * Acting as liaison between IT and business stakeholders. * Assisting Sr Business Analyst and PMO to define the business case and the project charter respectively. * Creating efficient sprints and monitoring the execution of those sprints.

* Installing and Configuring Oracle IAM (RS2PS2) with LDAP synchronization. * Integrating Oracle IAM,Taleo (Enterprise Edition) & Oracle HRMS (9.1) * Implementing multiple talent acquisition modules such as: Onboarding, Recruiting & Scheduling. * Eliciting requirements from internal & external stakeholders * Process mapping of “As is” business processes. * Process Modelling: Data Flow Diagrams, UMLs, Flow Charts (swimlanes), Data Modelling,etc. * Documenting critical business documents.
