Not the kind that reads from a script—one that listens, asks follow-ups, and adapts to how candidates respond in real-time.Most of my work has been on the core agent system itself: managing conversation flow, the prompt engineering that makes it behave like a real interviewer, and the backend that power everything. The interesting part isn't the tech stack—it's making an LLM-based system that doesn't break when things get messy. Candidates go off-script, interviews have edge cases, and the agent needs to know when to probe deeper versus when to move on. I've spent a lot of time solving those problems.I'm good at building AI systems that work in production, architecting backends that hold up under real use, and moving fast in early-stage environments where you have to figure things out as you go.
