As a Graduate Engineer Trainee at Filter Concept Pvt. Ltd., I had the opportunity to work closely with the Proposal Department, where I gained hands-on experience in various facets of the filtration industry. My role enabled me to develop and sharpen key professional skills including: Cost Estimation – Involved in preparing competitive and accurate proposals tailored to client requirements. Time Management – Managed multiple project timelines and ensured timely submission of proposals. Client Communication – Interacted directly with clients to understand technical needs and provide effective solutions. This experience provided me with a solid foundation in the engineering-commercial interface and helped me grow both technically and professionally in a dynamic work environment.
