We manufacture wide range of PVC & HDPE Pipes & Fittings used in Irrigation/Potable Water supplies, Infrastructure, Building Plumbing & Drainage Systems, Ground & Underground Drainage Systems, Electrical Conduits, Surface Drainage Systems, Bore-well Casing Systems, Specialized Engineering Applications etc. PVC, CPVC & HDPE are the key products that we deal in. Responsible for Business Development Activities, Institutional Sales, Exports, Raw Material Sourcing & Purchases and Finance.

Advisory work for various listed & unlisted corporate entities on strategic initiatives including Corporate Advisory, Mergers & Acquisitions, Equity and Debt financing, Restructuring and Capital structure planning.. Key Responsibilities included preparing Investment Cases, Valuation/P&L Analyses, and Investor Presentations to support the entire transaction life-cycle. Actively conducting sectoral research and tracking market conditions & developments for exploring business opportunities. Successfully originated various transactions. Key Transactions:- - Advised a publicly listed infrastructure company on inducting an equity partner and structured funding. - Advised a South-India based hospitality group for an acquisition of a multi-specialty national chain of restaurant.

Advised one of the India’s largest corporate houses. Primary responsibilities included preliminary studies, detailed market study, assisting in valuation, preparation of project structure, preparation of guidelines for the presentation to the ministry, technical comparison and valuations Key Transaction:- -Advised one of India's largest corporate houses for revival of a fertilizer unit in Orissa & acquisition of coal mine for setting up a 1200MW Power Plant.

As a part Wide Area Network (WAN) Team, was responsible for managing the VSAT network of one of the India's largest Private Sector Bank. Provided networking solutions to the business users. Was responsible for smooth introduction and roll out of VSAT technology over Bank Branches. Was actively involved in contract renewal process for Facility Management Services (Wide Area Network) for one of India’s Largest Banking Network. Also, responsible for coordination and management for WAN assets of the bank. Key Project:- - Launch of 39 Rural Branches on VSAT for the first time, in a span of 30 days.
