About
With a diverse background spanning various fields, I possess extensive knowledge in driving diversity and inclusion initiatives within the workplace. My experience includes working closely with various Employee Inclusion Groups (EIGs), handling talent development programs and partnering with diverse stakeholders, ranging from NGOs to corporates, to foster inclusive cultures. I joined F5, in March 2022 as a D&I Coordinator, where I was a part of Culture and Talent Development team. I have closely worked with EIGs both globally and in India. In July 2023, I transitioned to the role of Talent Development coordinator. In this role, I have led talent development programs such as Sponsorship, Coaching and Mentoring. On April 1st 2024, I have taken over a role of HRBP II through internal talent mobility program at India F5 innovation. Additionally, I am passionate about volunteering and working with various marginalized groups.
