Assisted in implementing SAP EWM for pharmaceutical warehouses by setting up inbound, put away, picking, packing, and shipping processes with full compliance to GxP and FDA rules. Worked on RF mobile transactions for receiving, put away and inventory counting, optimizing screen layouts to make scanning easier inside temperature-controlled zones. Supported Quality Management integration by enabling automatic inspection lots during goods receipt and mapping posting logic based on pass/fail results. This ensured only approved batches entered usable inventory. Assisted in EWM–MM integration to synchronize stock movements, batches, and master data between ERP and warehouse operations, improving visibility of real-time stock. Participated in data migration using LTMC for bins and material masters, validating batch and SLED details before cutover to avoid mismatches after go-live. Supported end-to-end testing (SIT/UAT) for inbound, outbound, inspection, and cycle count scenarios, ensuring correct label printing, task confirmations and compliance postings. During hyper care, we monitored warehouse queues and resolved failed tasks or posting blocks, coordinating with QA and ERP teams to maintain uninterrupted operations. Provided functional help to warehouse users on new EWM transactions, improving adoption of the system and helping achieve stable, compliant operations from day one.

Configured inbound and outbound logistics covering purchase parts receiving, put away, picking, and dispatch of finished vehicles, ensuring fast material flow aligned to JIT/JIS manufacturing needs. Designed warehouse layout including storage types, bin structures, activity areas, and search strategies, improving space utilization and reducing travel time for operators on the floor. Implemented sequence-based picking for JIS operations and monitored queues to avoid delays, preventing line stoppages and achieving smooth synchronous material supply. Created automated HU label printing and packing standards for reusable packaging, enhancing scanning reliability, tracking movements and reducing packaging loss. Led SIT, UAT, mock cutovers, and data load validation and supported WM-to-EWM go-live by resolving staging/bin mapping issues quickly for uninterrupted production operations.
