Responsible for new steel plant in KSA , Yanbu city , plant includes EAF, LF ,Comi Caster for production of billet and Slab , rebar & wire roll Mill for producing of 500,000 ton/year and Strip mill for producing 1M tons of flat steel from 6 to 1mm thickness There is a plan for future expansion of Direct reduction plant installation of 1M tons module of HDRI Resbonsable for arranging all engineering works , civil , steel structure, tendering and procuring the required equipment’s to produce billet and slab , for melt shop , rolling mill , Strip mill ,air separation plant , fume treatment plant & all the auxiliary systems . Also responsible for recruiting & selection the team of the construction and operations Also working on finalizing all the industrial licenses and approval from the Royal Commission on Yanbu city & and environment, power, gas and water supply agencies.

Full responsibility to achieve steel plant production ( billet , Beam blanks , blooms and Slabs ) safely and as per the required steel grades quality and specification , considering the company corporate objective , target sales amounts , responsible to achieve the target conversion coast and also the material cost working with the other stakeholders SCM ,DRP and MH to get the optimum material speciation and cost utilize the existing resources and Assets to ensure the best plant availability and Asset integrity ensure the highest level of quality enetral and external of the semi and finished product of Billet, Beam blanks, Slabs and blooms Prepare and participate in achieving Plant's KPI ,Annual Budget cost optimization plan , for all company corporate objectives considering inputs , outputs SCM , sales plan Participating in the production plan of diffierent casting format , size cosnidering Size change times , resources raw material ( Charge mix ) inputs till final product (optimum product mix ) Responsible for the production and maintenance of the plant in order to achieve the target plant productivity Yield ,Quality, , safety target fixed and conversion costs for various product Billet, Beam blanks , Slab, and VAG . following all plant operation parameters optimum charge mix , raw materials ,inputs , ferroalloys , operation practices on EAF. CCM, rolling mill , heavy section mill . Monitoring , evaluating and adjusting all , operation parameters and plants variables on daily, monthly base to achieve the best operation and cost Work with SCM to get the best raw material & production requirement , material and consumables based on the TCO (Total cost owner ) and international supply situation Work with the sales team to choose the best product , new markets , new opportunities for semi and finished product , locally and internationally . Responsible for all maintenance CM & PM and Spare parts availability to ensure plant availability

Prepare and implement action plan for plant improvement & cost reduction development, continuous improvement and invocations in terms of safety, quality, and productivity. product quality and productivity of the High Value add Grade Beam blanks Structures grades, offshore application Slab, bloom billet (Al killed steel & High C grades, welding electrode, Cold heeding quality. Appropriate implementation of Different action plan & RCA findings for the recurring problems, as well as ongoing development Exceed plant capacity productivity figure to reach 230 tons per hour through internal modifications and proper material, equipment & setting selection Successfully Implement new steel grades for different section & application with desired Quality figures for Surface condition and mechanical properties. Increase the refractory life to 1200 heats per EAF, 182 heats per Ladle, and 62 heats per TD , Reducing refractory consumption to 8 $/T. Successfully casts defect free Peritectic steel grade for off shore grades of different sectiosn. proper process optimization to achive targets
