This is a full-time on-site role for my activities at Tabuk cement located in Tabuk. also responsible for overseeing the maintenance operations of the company, including managing and coordinating maintenance staff, developing and implementing maintenance plans, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Meanwhile responsible for managing budgets, conducting regular inspections, and coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations. - Delegation of Authority for the Plant Manager when required to manage the cement plant - Ensure all Safety, Health and Environmental Policies and Standards are there, respected without violation and within allowable limits if any - Ensure implementation of the Cost-Effective Maintenance through developing and enhancing the Preventive and Predictive Maintenance with Condition Based Monitoring of the machines and Effective Maintenance Planning through Spare Parts Management and Efficient Resources Planning - Developing and Reviewing periodically the Maintenance Budget and Cost Control of the Maintenance Expenditures by efficient use of the available resources, Outsourcing whenever needed and improving the Machines Reliability and Availability - Recommend the Continuous Improvements through the preparation and continuous developments of the Major Maintenance Operations and providing/adoption of the norms and standards while executing the jobs at site. - Close monitoring of the Maintenance Key Performance Indices (KPIs) against the SMART objectives for corrective actions and contingency plans - Develop with IT all the technical Business Process and Implementation of SAP Maintenance Module with the Interfaces with other Functions (Inventory, Finance, HR and Purchasing)

- Mange Planning and preventive Maintenance with all activity inspection, lubrication and perform internal training - Manage 1st level inspection schedules, plans & routes - Manage vibration system software & measurements pick-up & analysis (CSI Company) - Lead planners in establishing and updating inspection job plans as per standards - Mange the spare parts availability - Contribute in Reliability committees and perform root cause failure analysis (RCFA) for major problems - Prepare and manage the yearly budget for the maintenance department

- Ensure the reliability and availability of the equipment of production lines safely and cost effectively - Master and optimize the mechanical operation cost including spare parts, manpower, overtime, services and tools - Prepare the yearly budget for contracted manpower, services, experts, special tools and share the planning of spare parts - Ensure performing mechanical activities jobs according to the predefined schedule including the weekly workload and major maintenance shutdowns of the production lines - Manage and motivate the mechanical team consisting of one production lines section heads and workshop section head, 4 foremen and 50 technicians - Ensure the respect and following safety rules and regulations of the mechanical staff
