Data Center Project for Yondr 72.8-acre development at Johor’s Sedenak Tech Park, offering 300MW at full build-out. Key Contributions: 1) Roof Steel Structure (Facility A): • Planned logistics and crane operations for roof steel structure installation. • Developed work sequences and detailed project schedules to ensure efficient execution. • Coordinated closely with subcontractors during the pre-installation phase to align on project requirements. 2) Architecture Trade (Internal Building): • Strategized and sequenced all architectural trade activities to streamline site operations. • Led and guided teams to execute proper work sequences, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards. • Coordinated with multiple subcontractors and synchronized site activities through detailed programming. The data center construction is a fast track construction. Thus it is important to ensure work front is available at all times for CSA as well as MEP. Additional scope work for architecture trade within building includes: 1) Drywall (fire rated and non fire rated) - for Data Hall and Office Support building 2) CRAH Wall 3) Structure Ceiling at Data Hall 4) Tenant Office (POE, MMR, CNR, Security Room, etc) 5) Staircases 6) Fire Door and Non Fire Door (access card and mortise lock) 7) Sandwich Panel

The K2 Data Centre project introduced an innovative construction method utilizing modular container systems imported from China. These prefabricated containers were systematically arranged and stacked to form the building structure. Each module was delivered with pre-installed MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) equipment and cable containment, significantly optimizing the construction timeline and enabling early project completion. Key Contributions and Achievements: 1. Roof Steel Structure • Led the team for the installation of 1,000 tons of steel roof structure, completing it within one month. • Managed site activities, including crane logistics, material storage, and progress tracking. • Coordinated with international contractors from China and aligned with CSA (Civil, Structural, and Architectural) teams to ensure seamless progress alongside concurrent underground services. 2. Underground Services (MEP Services) • Assisted the CSA team in planning and executing underground services. • Coordinated with all MEP subcontractors to manage work sequences and daily site activities. • Achieved successful completion of all underground services within the project timeline. 3. Façade Works • Collaborated with subcontractors to execute façade works, leading work planning, target setting, and site coordination. • Overcame language and cultural barriers to unite a diverse team of contractors, ensuring the façade was completed on time. Project Milestones: • Successfully passed Authority Inspection (BOMBA) and secured the Certificate of Completion and Compliance (CCC). • Delivered the K2 Data Centre to the client ahead of schedule, meeting all quality and compliance benchmarks.

i) Successfully completed TRX LQ Retail Project until CCC. ii) Successfully involved with BOMBA Inspection and endorsement. iii) Successfully completed basic architecture work i.e AAC block walls, AAC wall panels, brick walls, waterproofing, and ceilings. iv) Proficient with Method Statement, Sequence of Work, Safe Work Method Statement & surface finished requirement. v) Successfully completed Interior Design work for a few areas in a retail mall that require fancy wall, ceiling, and floor finishing. vi) Managing coordination between architecture and MEP trades by resolving arising issues to maintain project progress as per timeline. vii) Monitor and assists the installation of an electrical distribution system, which includes electric control and a fire alarm.

i) Completed all trade package work, in total around 4000 piles, including bored piles and micro piles. ii) Completed all substructure work, including pile cap, ground beam, and raft slab.

2017 – 2018 (Structure Work) i) Successfully completed structure work up to 25 storey. ii) Coordinated the architectural work for three different types of residential units. iii) Managed one high-rise building block (Block Master) for residential units in Seremban as part of the PR1MA project. 2016 – 2017 (Piling Works) i) Successfully completed the piling works (spun pile & micro pile). ii) Coordinated & managed the logistic of materials delivery of piles to site. iii) Managed the earth works activity until completion.

i) Coordinated the modification project of the Headquarters Office at Level 37. ii) Involved in the cost analysis of office rebranding project in Lembaga Tabung Haji. iii) Monitor the modification project progress with achieved ahead schedule of completion.
