I’m a hands-on Data Engineering and Analytics Manager with 15+ years of experience building and leading enterprise-scale data and BI platforms. My core strength lies in balancing people leadership with deep technical ownership — I lead teams, but I also stay close to the technology. Over the years, I’ve designed and delivered analytics and data solutions using Power BI, Snowflake, Azure, Azure Data Factory, SQL, Big Data, and Python, supporting large, complex enterprise environments. I’ve led and mentored teams of data engineers and BI developers, driven platform adoption, and enabled self-service analytics at scale. A significant part of my work has been around BI leadership — building high-performance Power BI and Tableau solutions, defining standards, and training 200+ professionals to improve analytics maturity across organizations. More recently, I’ve been working on agentic AI–based analytics solutions, integrating AI agents with enterprise data platforms to automate insights, improve data quality, and accelerate decision-making.
